What do you perceive as the major challenges and opportunities for StepStone’s current brand design?
What works well, and what could be improved?
Job application space traditionally is regarded as a serious space. StepStone’s current brand design on social media presence seems to be reviling more seriously hence older people understand this no wonder why there are more older people engaging than the new millennials.

For years to come the younger generation will be in the market more than the older generation. More focus on younger people means Stepstone as a business will grow with them. How do we engage more with the younger generation? How about engaging them in their playing space and that’s on social media? Furthermore what if we make the social media presence more friendly and easy less reading more pictures showing happiness ahead? Keywords like (Switch, Shift, Evolve) your career would speak directly to millennials’ language.

Social media Branding inconsistency
Consistency in all aspects of StepStone brand including its’ social media presence is one way to strongly strengthen the brand. At present, Facebook and Instagram, there are so many design layout styles which interns misrepresent the brand. Building structured templates or brand manuals will help bring control and structure to brand marketing.
As part of building consistency see some examples bellow on how we can achieve that. We can create areas of the design that wont be changed that way all the designs will have something is common. Even is the other parts of the design are changed the unchanged parts will always be consistent throughout.
This bottom part will always be the same regardless of what ever design on top, All shapes and images can be used but the bottom of each post must be treated the same
Understanding our audience more. (Painpoints)
In order to design a more accurate and useful solution we need to understand why young people are skeptic about change and provide some solutions at the same time positioning StepStone as the key solution for change.

We can also use video adverts which can give more details and options to change or get on board with StepStone, we have to make change look happy, sound easy and comfortable.
